This is a topic I've been curious about as well. I think hearing some real-life experiences would be really helpful.
If you want to get to Seoul Station from Incheon Airport as quickly as possible, I recommend the Airport Railroad (AREX) Express Train. However, if you have a lot of luggage or your accommodation is far from a subway station, taking an Airport Limousine Bus that goes directly to a stop near your destination might be much more convenient. If you could let me know which area of Seoul you are heading to, I can recommend a more detailed route for you!
