What is JEEGU?
JEEGU is a global community where you create interest-based MOIMs and read posts and comments through automatic translation.
How do I create a MOIM?
After logging in, click Create MOIM and enter the name, URL, and category.
When is automatic translation completed?
Translation starts right after a post or comment is created. It may take a few seconds or longer depending on content length and server load.
What if a translation looks wrong?
Use Show original to check the original text. Please email us if the issue happens repeatedly.
How are reports handled?
Use the report button on posts or comments. The operator reviews reports and takes action when needed.
Where can I delete my account?
You can delete your account from the security or withdrawal menu in your profile settings.
